Senior Director Product Management

Job Description

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Balsam Brands. You will lead a team of talented product managers, driving the development of innovative solutions and features that enhance customer experiences, drive profitable revenue growth, and support internal team members’ ability to work flexibly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to create and share a product vision and to work at a strategic level with other leaders as well as being close enough to the day‑to‑day work so that you can coach and support team members as we continue to optimize our ways of working.

This position reports to the SVP, Program & Product Management. This is a full‑time, hybrid in‑office position located in Boise, ID or Redwood City, CA.

What You'll Do

• Product Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Agile Leadership : Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Work with Product, Project, and Tech teams and bring other business partners and leaders along on the journey.
• Revenue Growth : Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth through the development of new products and features.
• Customer Focus : Deeply understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that products and features meet or exceed their expectations.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing team of product managers.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making : Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance.
