Bank Senior Analyst duties :
Assist in Resolution and Recovery PlanningAssist in additional ecosystem mapping including providing requirements for technology efficienciesResponsible for incident daily monitoring and beginning the triage efforts when a threshold is surpassedCompile daily, weekly and monthly metrics to demonstrate health of payments ecosystem for different forumsPerforms audits against ServiceNow incidents and Payments Command Center incidents including providing enhancements for automationIdentify new opportunities for proactive monitoring and gaps within current process and proceduresSupport the creation of the centralized performance standardsSupport the creation of Incident Summary Log that includes all Incidents that impact payments and include supportUpdate the Standard Operating Procedures as necessary and perform a monthly review for accuracyDaily and / or weekly working sessions with Technology, Operations, and other Payment teams to review current process and procedures and identify efficienciesInvestigate Customer Complaints and recommend enhancementsPartnership with Technology, Operations and other Payment front line teams for production testingTraining responsibilities :
Create and update training materials for associatesProvide training
