Eye Care Specialist in Cape Girardeau, Missouri is looking for a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join their thriving private practice. Work with a highly skilled group providing comprehensive eye care with tremendous clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license. One year partner track with surgical center ownership opportunity provides income to $800,000 or more.

Position Highlights :

Practice in a modern, efficient facility with state-of-the-art equipment including new DSLT.
Nearby physician owned surgical center focuses on ophthalmology and provides extraordinary, skilled support.
Extensive referral base provides plenty of clinical and surgical volume.
Enjoy a great lifestyle with no call, weekends, or nights.

Compensation Details :

$400,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus right from the start.

Partner track after first year with surgical center ownership opportunity.

Expected earnings up to $800,000 or more.

Executive level benefits with maximum retirement match, Safe Harbor contribution, and profit sharing.

CME stipend, relocation and signing bonus, plus profit-sharing.
