Shipping And Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a diligent Shipping And Receiving Clerk to join our team in Polk City, Florida. This role operates from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and involves working in a cold storage facility.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule appointments and process referrals.
• Respond to phone inquiries and perform data entry.
• Maintain files related to accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment tracking, and confidential personnel records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with budget preparation and maintain financial documentation.
• Prepare reports, assemble documents, and organize materials for meetings and mailings.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment :

This position is based in a cold storage facility with exposure to low or sub-zero temperatures, and occasional contact with dust, noise, and other environmental factors. The role involves working near moving equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Polk City, FL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
