  • As a Client Service Manager, you will provide excellent customer service and Advisor support.

Salary Range :

  • $65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Client and Advisor Support :   Providing account information to clients and Advisors, and maintaining client relationships Account Management :   Ensuring proper account opening procedures and documentation, maintaining client records and files, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing incoming paperwork and deposits Client Interaction :   Serving as first point of contact for most clients thus setting the tone of the experience Relationship Cultivation :   Cultivating relationships with clients to proactively help resolve issues and concerns Telephone Coverage :   Providing excellent telephone coverage, handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment through to resolution Compliance :   Complying with all industry rules and regulations, as well as all firm policies Client Services :   Greeting guests and clients, providing exceptional service Required Qualifications : Associates Degree : Preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • Client Service Experience :

  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.

    • Communication Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and advisors.

    • Organizational Skills :

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

    • Problem-Solving Skills :

  • Ability to proactively resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and good judgement.

    • Technical Proficiency :

  • Familiarity with financial software and similar tools (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms) Desired Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree : Preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • Industry Experience :

  • At least 2-3 years in a similar role within wealth management or a related financial services firm.  FINRA Licenses :   Active Series 65 and / or 7 (a plus but not required) Compensation & Benefits : Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package : 100% of First 4%- 401(k) Match, Historical 5%-Profit Sharing Plan, Discretionary bonuses 100% Employer-paid Medical and HSA contribution, optional Dental and Vision 100% Employer-paid Life and ST / LT Disability Insurance Three weeks Paid Time Off, Professional Development Program, Charitable Contribution Match Program Hybrid Work Model : Three days in office & two days remote.  Positive, family-friendly work environment   Prospective employees must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction as to duration, and a thorough background check is required to be considered for employment.
