Our ICU Units at GW Hospital :

• Medical ICU (MICU) : High-complexity patients requiring advanced critical care interventions.
• Surgical ICU (SICU) : Specializing in trauma, neuro, and post-operative intensive care.
• Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) : Advanced cardiac support including open-heart surgery recovery and ECMO therapy.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICU Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This role involves supervising ICU staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will also act as a mentor, leader, and resource for nursing staff while maintaining the operational integrity of the unit.
