About The Position

Job Title : Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology Job Specialty : Neonatology Job Duration : Full-time Shift : 24-hour daily rounds in-house and on-call from home Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2+ years of employment experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner License : Active North Carolina RN license (or willingness to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Must-Have : - Master's Degree and / or Doctorate in Nursing - Current APRN National Specialty Certification - 2+ years of employment experience as a NNP Job Description : - Leadership role in a new 10-bed LDRP Level-I Nursery - Responsible for daily rounds, attending deliveries, and on-call duties - Stabilize, manage, and facilitate transport of newborns to higher-level NICUs if needed - Work collaboratively with a team of NNPs and Neonatologists - Opportunities for supplemental PRN shifts at a Level III NICU may be possible - Competitive compensation and benefits package offered - Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and more provided - Employee assistance programs and retirement savings options available - Continuous education and career development opportunities If interested, please apply with your updated resume and certifications.
