Job description

Position : Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location : Spokane Valley, WA

Wage : $18.00 / hr to $18.00 / hr

Hours : 6 : 00am – 2 : 30pm (Monday to Friday)

Full time hours – Temp to Hire opportunity

About the Role :

We are a fast-paced manufacturing environment seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong commitment to improving manufacturing processes and systems.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Work History : Must have a stable and consistent work history in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fabrication Skills : Proficiency in machining and welding.
  • Mechanical Aptitude : Ability and willingness to learn to troubleshoot and repair machinery, including pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical / electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Interest in Continuous Improvement : Curiosity about how systems work and a desire to improve them.

Additional Qualifications :

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new maintenance skills.
  • Must be able to make production adjustments safely and efficiently.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of standing for up to 10 hours
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must provide your own hand tools and multi-meter.
  • Comfortable working in environments where getting dirty is part of the job.
