This role focuses on documenting processes, capturing best practices, and supporting lean approaches under government direction. / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliAssist in documenting technical and administrative processes across PA40. / liliDevelop draft SOPs, workflow guides, and process maps for government review. / liliSupport identification of process inefficiencies and propose improvement options. / liliMaintain repositories of process documents and version control. / liliCollaborate with project teams to capture lessons learned and codify repeatable practices. / liliContribute to process transparency and workforce training materials. / li / ulpMinimum Qualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in business, management, engineering, or related field. / liliEligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. / liliMust be a U.S. Citizen. / liliExperience with process documentation or continuous improvement methods. / li / ulpRequired Skills Attributes : / pulliFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks. / liliStrong documentation and technical writing skills. / liliAbility to capture workflows using flowcharts, diagrams, or similar tools. / liliExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills. / liliStrong communication and team collaboration abilities. / liliMust be willing to work on site in Norco, California. / li / ulpWhat You Can Expect : / ppA culture of integrity, an environment of trust, a focus on continuous growth, and limitless potential. / ppPay Range : This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACIs government contract for the work location.
