About the Team :

Decagon’s Finance team partners with leadership across the company to drive strategic clarity, operational discipline, and long-term growth. We translate financial insight into action, guiding key decisions around investment, efficiency and scale as Decagon continues to expand globally.

As a senior member of this team, you’ll help elevate Decagon’s financial strategy and planning capabilities ensuring that our resources, systems, and priorities are aligned to support sustainable, data-driven growth. You’ll work closely with our executive team to bring financial rigor and strategic foresight to the company’s most important initiatives.

We’re looking for a leader to establish our Strategic Finance function here at Decagon. You will work closely with our Founders and Executive Team to drive strategic business outcomes - helping us make the right trade-offs at the right time in order to maximize growth and efficiency.
