Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a Robot Engineer Paint Process to join their team. As a Robot Engineer Paint Process, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Paint Process Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Robot Engineer Paint Process
Location : Arlington, TX
Pay Rate : $40-$50 per hour
What's the Job?
Program FANUC robots for paint applications, ensuring precision and efficiency
Develop and optimize paint process parameters to meet quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve robotic system issues
Maintain documentation of programming procedures and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during operations
Will be working typically 50-60 hours per week including weekends.
What's Needed?
Proven experience as a FANUC robot programmer, specifically with paint processes
Experience with GRS standards; certification is a plus
Strong understanding of paint process requirements, preferably with General Motors experience
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot robotic programming issues effectively
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work with diverse teams
