About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to provide group-wide leadership in defining, executing, and assuring engineering standards and practices. This role requires a senior executive with a proven track record in global engineering leadership, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams, shape corporate technology strategy, and influence board-level decisions. The VP will be at the forefront of AI integration into engineering, defining strategies for AI-assisted code generation, automated testing, and predictive quality assurance. They will also be tasked with instilling a culture of engineering excellence, continuous delivery, and disciplined engineering, and will lead a small, high-impact team to maintain accountability and drive engineering performance.

Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive engineering leadership, with at least 5 years' in senior leadership roles. An advanced degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. The role demands a leader with a strong background in setting and enforcing enterprise-wide engineering standards, managing CI / CD platforms, and governing the selection and lifecycle of programming languages and key tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI / ML concepts and their application in engineering processes, as well as a mastery of quality assurance practices.
