Learning Specialist (MX)

What Youll Do

Researches US healthcare rules (like OSHA or HIPAA) and makes sure our training courses cover them correctly. Youll need to be detail-oriented good at organizing info in our learning system in order to keep our training content up to date.

In addition you may be responsible for keeping track of all our course files and versions in the learning system.

Qualifications :

Youre comfortable juggling regulatory requirements version control and audit prep sometimes all in the same day.

Organization  trackers matrices and metadata skills needed

Collaboration across teams and ability to translate complex requirements into clear actionable steps.
