Senior Product Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on Lending Optimization. Key Responsibilities Become an authority on the product area by identifying customer needs and business opportunities through research and analysis Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business vision and stakeholder expectations Drive execution against product strategy in collaboration with engineering and design teams, managing trade-offs and communication Required Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Sr. Product Manager in digital technology Prior experience in mortgage operations processes and flows In-depth understanding of the mortgage loan cycle process from origination through funding Experience with Encompass and familiarity with RPA / AI / ML preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
