Family Medicine Physician Opening in Shreveport-Bossier, LA Located in Louisianas third largest metropolitan area, just 3.5 hours from New Orleans and Houston Position Details :

  • Type : Full-time, permanent
  • Role : Health Network is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established team
  • Shift / Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (Potential 4 Day Work Weeks!)
  • Practice Type : 100% Outpatient
  • Patient Volume : 18-22 patients per day
  • Additional Information : Brand new ER expansion coming soon! Family-oriented and patient-centered care with lab and X-ray onsite

    • Requirements :

  • Must be Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Must possess an unrestricted Louisiana Medical License or be eligible for licensure in the state of Louisiana

    • Location Highlights : Shreveport and its neighbor, Bossier City, combined with the surrounding area, make up Louisianas third largest metropolitan area with a population nearing 450,000. Shreveport-Bossier is the commercial, medical, and cultural hub of the Ark-La-Tex, where Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas meet.
