Job Description This role will be based in San Francisco, CA and is a hybrid position that requires time in a LinkedIn office and from home, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for an Account Director to join our Sales Solutions team. In this role you will act as a trusted adviser, helping customers effectively engage with the LinkedIn network using our professional talent solutions. You will be dedicated to making customers stronger, seeking out growth opportunities, and serving as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts.
Develop and circulate best practices that will form the foundation of this growing team.
Listen to market needs and share feedback with product and marketing teams.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
2+ years of applicable sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
BA / BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience with SaaS sales, sales hunting, and Salesforce.com platform.
Experience in recruitment media, recruiting, or the staffing industry.
Revenue-targeted selling experience with ability to develop compelling strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
Ability to manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment.
Data-driven decision making and persuasive communication.
Strong strategic planning, relationship building, and forecasting abilities.
Compensation LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $106,000 to $152,000. Actual compensation packages are based on skill set, experience, certifications, and specific work location.
