Job Description

Seeking a full-time Dentist in a Patient-Centered Medical Home environment providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health and addiction treatment to 25% of the county's residents in a high needs population.

Group has been providing dental care since 2005. We now have dental clinics in a number of local communities that provide a variety of dental care including :

• Ongoing, comprehensive dental care
• Same day urgent care

We also have an active and successful dental outreach program in schools, Head Starts, WIC Clinics, long-term care facilities, and facilities that offer care to individuals with disabling conditions throughout southeast Kansas. This program provides screenings, preventative care, cleanings, sealants, and fillings - this means you'll get comprehensive care whether you visit a clinic or our team comes to you.
