- Our plain language glossary and do not use list, in collaboration with Corporate Editor, is the central truth for language standards across all communications channels.
- Identify, research, recommend and publish language standards based on three broad priorities.
- Supporting new product / solutions launches.
- Voice of the customer and call drivers.
- reas of clutter and jargon that create member experience confusion.
- Work across business silos, and closely with the research, digital and communications teams.
- Role is more of support, editing and review to check for compliance with published standards.
Required Experience :
Excellent language, terms, and definitions skills related to technical writing skillsDigital web editing and copy writing related to information hierarchies, navigation and user interactionsBusiness and communications consulting and facilitation across multiple business silosMinimum of 5 years' experienceMastery of MS OfficeExperience with SharePoint programmingExperience with Grammarly and similar writing / editing toolsConsulting and facilitation skills, ability to work across business silosExperience in conducting user research (e.g., usability, card sorting, member panel testing)Masters in Information Design, Communications, or related.EEO Employer
