Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multi-specialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to work full-time at Meridian Health Plaza in Meridian, ID. Family Medicine providers at Meridian Health Plaza are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.

• Full-Time Opportunity
• Traditional Clinic work week, Monday-Friday

No less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time
