Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will standardize operations, drive efficiency, and build a culture of accountability across both locations.Key Responsibilities : Lead and align field service operations across multiple locations for consistency and qualityDevelop service strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams for smooth project executionOversee complex repair and service projects, meeting technical standards and customer expectationsOptimize processes and implement best practices using technology to enhance productivityMentor and develop high-performing field service leadersManage team performance, compensation, and professional developmentSupport Sales with quoting, project input, and technical guidanceEnsure adherence to safety standards and regulatory complianceQualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience10+ years in manufacturing or repair operations; motor or machine shop experience preferred5+ years leading and developing high-performing teamsExpertise in motor repair and / or metal machiningExperience with lean manufacturing and 5S preferredStrong budgeting, resource allocation, and operational management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual Spanish and English preferredKey Competencies : Strategic thinking with operational focus and execution skillsLeadership that motivates, empowers, and holds teams accountableStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCommitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellenceDedication to safety, quality, and company valuesWhat We Offer : Competitive salary and comprehensive benefitsOpportunities for career growth and advancementCollaborative and innovative work environmentRecognition for leadership, initiative, and excellenceEqual Opportunity Employer : Hyperion Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
