Job Description

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently.

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

Load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials according to production needs.

Monitor material flow and communicate with team members to maintain productivity.

Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.

Qualifications

Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner.

Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to compliance.

Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Compensation and Benefits

$22.00 to $26.00 per hour
