Data Entry Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent command of Google Suite tools, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing large volumes of data, ensuring integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
