Here, you are a trusted co-provider with the doctor, using clinical indicators to recommend therapy, educating patients, and shaping care plans. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $50–$55 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan (3 out of 4 hygienists earned an incentive payout.)
