Responsibilities
The Corporate Vice President of Communications and Public Relations is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the organization’s communications and public relations strategies. This role serves as a key representative of Prime Healthcare with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary spokesperson. The leader oversees corporate communications, media relations, investor communications, government relations support, and community engagement activities. This position manages a team responsible for internal communications, executive communications, PR, media relations, crisis communications, corporate sponsorships, website development, digital marketing, and social media strategy. Collaboration with hospital leadership across the system is essential, with hospital communications teams reporting indirectly to this role.

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, 401K, medical / dental / vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. Compensation is estimated between $214,240 and $300,000 annually, depending on experience and location. The role may also include participation in the company’s discretionary bonus program.
