Job description

Loading & Storage Officer (Ofițer de Încărcare și Depozitare) Descriere generală :

  • Ca Loading & Storage Officer, cunoști exact ce se află la bord și unde poate fi găsit fiecare articol.
  • Ești familiarizat cu toate opțiunile de depozitare și gestionezi stocurile pentru toate departamentele de la bord.
  • Răspunzi în fața Directorului de Food & Beverage (F&B).

Sarcini și responsabilități :

  • Asiguri depozitarea eficientă și corectă a produselor și articolelor în beneficiul operațiunilor hotelului.
  • Te ocupi de înregistrarea și controlul comenzilor și bunurilor primite și răspunzi de verificarea acestora în caz de discrepanțe.
  • Colaborezi îndeaproape cu responsabilul HACCP pentru a garanta calitatea produselor conform legislației alimentare și de bunuri.
  • Identifici în timp util lipsurile și ești expert în monitorizarea consumului pe produs sau articol.
  • Ai o perspectivă spațială excelentă și ești structurat, logic și ordonat, aspecte care se reflectă în toate spațiile de depozitare.
  • Optimizarea depozitării și a stocurilor, acolo unde este necesar. Împreună cu șefii de departamente, te ocupi de inventarul lunar.
  • Menții contactul cu furnizorii și identifici neajunsurile sau incoerențele din livrările primite.

    • Profilul candidatului :

  • Ai un spirit analitic, numeric și pragmatic.
  • Dispui de o perspectivă spațială excelentă.
  • Ai experiență în gestionarea personalului.
  • Deții bune cunoștințe de operare a calculatorului.
  • Ești creativ și precis în activități.
  • Comunici clar și concis atât în limba olandeză (dacă este cazul), cât și în limba engleză.
  • Ai experiență în gestionarea unor stocuri mari (în special de produse proaspete) ca manager de depozit – de exemplu în rețele de supermarketuri, angrosiști sau depozite mari.
