About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, consumer-minded  Product Manager  to lead new product development and manage the full lifecycle of physical goods — including hardware, packaging, and merchandising formats. This role works directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, operations, and finance) to bring new cannabis products to market. You'll own everything from early-stage vetting and business case development through  NPI (New Product Introduction)  and  GTM (Go-to-Market)  execution.

The ideal candidate has a background in  CPG or consumer hardware , understands how to balance creativity with operational feasibility, and thrives in fast-moving environments. This is a highly visible, strategic position with direct impact on CNDUIT’s growth and consumer experience — and a rare opportunity to shape one of the most exciting product portfolios in the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning, vetting, and roadmap development alongside leadership
  • Build business cases and value propositions for new products, balancing market appeal with operational complexity
  • Manage the  NPI process  from early concept through prototyping, sourcing, packaging, production, and launch
  • Define  GTM strategies  in partnership with marketing and sales — including messaging, merchandising, and launch timing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, finance, and compliance to evaluate feasibility, cost, and regulatory risk
  • Drive innovation in hardware, packaging, and labeling to improve brand differentiation and consumer experience
  • Oversee SKU-level product lifecycle management and product pipeline meetings
  • Translate product concepts into actionable specifications for design and manufacturing
  • Monitor key product KPIs and incorporate insights into iterative improvements
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships for hardware and packaging materials
  • Identify risks early (supply chain, compliance, technical challenges) and propose mitigation strategies
  • Help evolve internal systems and tools that streamline product development and improve efficiency
  • Provide mentorship and clear communication across cross-functional teams

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience with  CPG, hardware , or  regulated physical goods
  • Proven track record managing products through the full lifecycle — from business case development to launch and iteration
  • Experience with  NPI and GTM  processes
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with packaging design, hardware manufacturing, or merchandising strategy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data, costs, and timelines
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; able to make decisions and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus Experience (Not Required)

  • Experience in cannabis, pharma, alcohol, or other regulated industries
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, or R&D teams on physical product launches
  • Familiarity with cost modeling, TAM / SAM analysis, and SKU-level margin optimization
  • Additional Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Must be able to work overtime and travel as needed
  • Must comply with all legal and company regulations for the cannabis industry
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer required
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary :  $120,000 – $140,000 / year
  • Bonus Opportunities
  • Medical Insurance :  75% company-paid
  • Dental & Vision Insurance :  Optional
  • 401(k) :  Offered after probation period
  • Paid Time Off
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
