Job descriptionEducation : Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Experience : Can be new or experienced LPN Certifications : LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year) Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Physical requirements / demands : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and / or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

- New Grad $2,000 Sign On Bonus
- 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $4,000
- 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000
- 5+ years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000

- Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year
- $30k in initial RN degree assistance
- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
- Weekend Option Days : WEO rates + weekend differential
- Weekend Option Nights : WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
- New Increased Weekend Option Differential : $8.00 LPN

Qualifications :
Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
