Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,470 - $1,570

On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or compact state

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg RN experience

Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to work independently

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environment
