Director, National Partner Sales

The Role

Pure Storage is looking for a Director, National Partner Sales to aggressively drive a team of National Partner Managers (NPMs) to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training, support and ultimately pipeline creation.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate masterfully with National Partner Managers and partners on new product offerings
  • Manage a team of National Partner Managers and help drive their success
  • Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of Pure products within Channel
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
  • Conduct contract negotiations, as well as define and execute partner sales plans
  • Aggressively drive partner to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience developing and growing National partners
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
  • The desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
  • Passion for post-sales customer success
  • Sales management experience, specifically leading people leaders
  • Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
  • BA / BA degree in business, marketing or software engineering
  • Competitive attitude and strong work-ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company
  • Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

    This role may be eligible for incentive pay and / or equity. There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

    The annual base salary range is :

    $183,000 - $292,800 USD
