Mold Remediation Technician Wanted

SERVPRO is a residential / commercial damage cleanup and restoration company specializing in water, fire smoke damage, biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation. We are looking for a motivated candidate to perform the following duties. Competitive wages, 401K, health, dental, and life insurance available.

Perform mold remediation per crew chief directions following SERVPRO guidelines.

Set up / take down and properly operate mold remediation equipment.

Basic construction skills.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

General cleaning.

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and / or online documentation such as moisture mapping, temperatures, and humidity readings.

Perform emergency services after hours and weekends on an on-call rotation basis.

Requirements :

• Desire to grow
• Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• A valid diver license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Experience using hand and small power tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
