Summary
The Director - Medical / Surgical manages and coordinates the clinical and other unit activities in order to provide patient and family-centered care. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in planning and decision-making that affects the unit. Is the primary role model; and coaches, empowers and assists the staff in professional growth and fulfillment of the mission, vision and values of the organization
Education : Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in an accredited nursing program desirable. Master's degree from accredited nursing program preferred.
