Remote Therapist

Position : Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)

Location : Minnesota (Remote)

Schedule : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits

Job Summary :

This position focuses on delivering therapy to adults with low-acuity mental health needs via a secure telehealth platform. You will work independently to help individuals manage stress, build emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being through solution-focused care.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions with adult clients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Evaluate client progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Encourage emotional growth and positive behavioral change
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
