Salary Range : $175,000-$225,000 (commensurate with experience)

Shadow Strategies is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with a front-end focus to help modernize, enhance, and sustain web-based tools supporting mission-critical operations. This full-time role places you on a team dedicated to building secure, responsive, and efficient custom software tailored to real-world user workflows.

As a key contributor, you'll support the full development lifecycle-delivering production-ready applications, implementing CI / CD pipelines, and migrating legacy services to modern architectures. Your work may also involve re-architecting components, infrastructure-as-code, and creating documentation that promotes long-term maintainability.

What You'll Do :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers and back-end developers to build seamless, intuitive user interfaces.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to streamline delivery and ensure code quality.
• Assist in re-architecting and modernizing legacy codebases and services.
• Contribute to secure, scalable, and maintainable software deployments using containerized solutions.
• Support infrastructure-as-code practices and cloud-readiness initiatives.

The Range
