We started with one simple idea : cleaning shouldn’t be a compromise. So we designed a system that’s effective, sustainable, and elevated - proof that good design can make good habits easier. From our proprietary dispenser to our human-safe and plastic-free refills, we’ve created an entirely new way to clean, and we’re just getting started.

Who You Are :

You’re a designer with a strong foundation in packaging and the ability to flex across retail, digital, and campaign creative. You thrive when translating big-picture concepts into polished, high-quality assets that bring a brand to life. You’re detail-obsessed, process-driven, and at your best when juggling multiple projects with precision and speed.

You’re energized by collaboration, working alongside a Creative Director to take ideas from concept through execution. You know how to contribute creatively in brainstorms, but you’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make those ideas real. Above all, you have the organizational skills, craft, and consistency to make Biom’s creative vision tangible across every channel.

What You’ll Own :

Packaging & Retail Design

• Execute packaging design across Biom’s product portfolio, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and brand excellence.
• Develop retail-ready creative, including displays, shippers, and signage, aligned with partner specifications.
• Collaborate with operations and production to ensure design feasibility and flawless execution.
• Build mockups and renderings to visualize packaging and retail solutions internally and externally.
