Job descriptionMinimum of 6 years experience in a public accounting or tax firm Active CPA license in CA Degree in accounting or related business field (MST or JD / LLM in Tax preferred) Strong understanding of tax concepts related to individuals and all types of business entities Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, CCH Axcess, and Lacerte preferred Strong ability to interact and communicate with clients and coworkers (written, verbal, and in‑person) Extensive experience in preparation, review, and sign off of business, individual, and other miscellaneous tax returns Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of clients and tax engagements Experience in business development Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Accounting / Auditing and Finance Accounting
We are seeking a full-time, self‑motivated Tax Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
- Review of business and individual tax returns
- Preparation of complex tax returns
- Develop, maintain, and oversee relationship management with clients
- Identify scope of work and implement execution of tax engagements
- Management and mentorship of tax associates and senior associates
- Support the tax leadership team in departmental success
- Other related duties as assigned
