Key responsibilities include developing the company's technology vision, leading product development, and supporting business growth with subject matter expertise in energy storage assets.

Applicants for the Head of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in implementing technology strategies that drive growth and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire innovation and accountability within high-performing technical teams. Familiarity with advanced forecasting and optimization technologies, particularly in the context of competitive market participation, is also a key requirement.
