The C. W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. currently seek to hire responsible individuals to serve in the capacity of Call Center Representative. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answers phone calls from existing patients, new patients, potential patients, and the general public in a timely manner
- Schedules appointments; answering questions and addressing concerns
- Retrieving messages from the answering machine; promptly returning calls
- Taking messages and routing messages to appropriate staff
- Providing information regarding CWWCHC providers; and providing general information regarding CWWCHC's programs and services. QUALITIES / SKILLS :
