About The Role

As the Regional Director of Operations , you will lead the overall operations of our communities— ensuring safe, quality care for residents while cultivating a positive work culture for our team. You will be part of our Core Leadership and will :

  • Provide operational and strategic leadership to facility administrators, ensuring alignment with company mission, values, and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS guidelines and Department of Health requirements.
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including census trends, quality metrics, financial targets, staffing, and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead and support facilities in developing action plans to improve survey outcomes, quality measures, and star ratings.
  • Collaborate with clinical, financial, and HR teams to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
  • Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor revenue, expenses, and labor utilization, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial health.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and employee engagement.

Qualifications :

  • Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Hawai'i
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of healthcare leadership experience within the past 5 years; OR Master's degree in health administration, gerontology, or public health with appropriate coursework.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care operations, including multi-site management.
  • Strong knowledge of SNF regulatory standards, reimbursement models, and operational best practices.
  • A passion for leadership with heart, humility, and a deep respect for kupuna.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
