Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled cardiac sonographer.

Candidates should be experienced in contrast, bubble studies, Post TAVRs, and Mitra Clips.

Experience with some 3D imaging is preferred.

Great scanning skills and techniques are necessary.

In-depth knowledge of heart anatomy and pathology is required.

Familiarity with advanced pathology and strain studies is essential.

The position includes working 8-hour day shifts with variable start times between 6 am and 8 : 30 am.

There are no weekend or holiday requirements.

Cardiac sonographers will need to start their own IVs.

Training will be provided for those without this skill but with the initiative to learn.

The department typically takes only a few days for a new sonographer to become fully operational under a preceptor.

The charting system used is an electronic medical record platform.

All applicants must be ready to work in a drug-free environment.
