Manager of Financial Reporting

Base pay range : $125,000 - $135,000 per year.

Location(s) : Cambridge, MA; Framingham, MA; Waltham, MA.

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established Real Estate company on a new Financial Reporting Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEC reporting, experience working in a large publicly traded company, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings.
• Work directly with the Construction team to track projects and ensure appropriate accounting.
• Review and reconcile accounts.
• Assist with internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor financial reporting accountant.
• Identify opportunities for innovative process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
