Intern, Retail Experience
The Retail Experience Intern will support Hyundai's mission to enhance customer satisfaction by analyzing survey data, identifying key concerns, and researching industry trends. This role combines data insights with best practice development for dealers and field teams, while assisting in process improvement initiatives across sales and service. The intern will also help recognize outstanding dealership employees, explore emerging technologies and vendors, and contribute to programs such as Facility Quality Evaluation, Delivery Experience Platform, Mobile Service, and Express Service.
