A company is looking for a Workplace Engineering Track Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Service Desk activities, including incident and service request handling
Log and triage incidents in ITSM, directing tickets to appropriate teams based on severity and priority
Analyze ticket trends and provide reports with improvement actions
Required Qualifications
Graduate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Service Desk
Good knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Familiarity with O365 products
Experience in creating documentation and knowledgebase articles
Proficiency in using Remote Desktop to assist end users
