Job Details – Cath Lab RN Travel Assignment

Location : South Charleston, WV 25309 (West Virginia nursing jobs)

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2560-$2750

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (option to extend)

Healthcare Setting : Acute Care – Cardiac Cath Lab

Shift : 4 x 10-hour day shifts per week, including late days

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

Call Requirement : 7 days of call per 4-week schedule (30-minute response time)

Start Date : November 14, 2025

End Date : February 13, 2026

Charting System : Epic EMR

Orientation : Up to 36 hours of department-specific orientation

Qualifications – Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (disclose any license hits at submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN or related clinical experience

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)

Proficient in sterile technique and able to function in the scrub role

Experience with Siemens equipment and Epic charting preferred

Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities – Cath Lab RN Travel Job

Circulate, sedate, and document for cardiac procedures : diagnostic left / right heart caths, PCI, IABP, Impella, temporary pacemaker, TCAR, EVAR, EKOS, AIF, IVC filters, Infusaports, Permacaths, and more

Maintain sterile technique and assist with cardiac and vascular procedures

Collaborate with physicians, radiology technologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient care

Participate in on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes when on call

Complete accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR

Attend hospital, nursing, and department orientation as required
