Anesthesiology Opening in Illinois. Full Time, Permanent Position. Located in Normal, IL. 74 miles from Springfield, and 130 miles from Chicago. Group seeking 1 more MD / DO to reach full staffing for our team of 6 physicians and 10 Crna's private single specialty group practice. We have a care team model utilizing supervision not medical direction, so physicians are able to do their own cases. Enjoy a private practice setting with diverse case types providing anesthesia for everything your training has prepared you for; from healthy peds (typically 1-2 y / o+), OB, cardiothoracic program for basic open heart program including on pump cases for valve replacement and cabg, thoracotomy, endovascular AAA repair, carotid endarterectomy, EP ablation, etc. cardiothoracic fellowship or TEE certification is not required, just competency and proficiency (if one has not done a certain case type for a few years such as healthy peds or cardiac or OB, we are willing to re-orient for comfort and safety). Strong ultrasound regional skills is a must for our busy Ortho program. Total compensation package $550,000 to $600k : W2 salary first year $425,000 plus benefits : $25,000 sign on bonus. 1 year to full partner, no buy in. Health Insurance (United Healthcare).
