Job descriptionEvaluate Needs : Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students' needs for specialized therapy services. Communicate Findings : Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel, ensuring clear and compassionate communication. Develop Interventions : Collaborate with the ARD committee to create targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education. Provide Therapy : Deliver therapy services directly or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in implementing IEP goals. Monitor Progress : Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed. Support Team : Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students' special education programs. Competitive Pay : Starting at $53.00 per hour-get compensated for every minute you work. Flexibility : Choose a schedule that works for you-full-time, part-time, or as-needed roles available. What We're Looking For :
Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to empower students and schools? Here's what you'll need to join our team :
- Education : Master's degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Licensure : Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Certification : ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Language Proficiency : Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
