Family or Internal Medicine Physician – Outpatient Only

What We Offer :

Salary : $236K–$241K + retention bonus + annual raises

Up to $100K loan repayment

$5K sign-on & relocation bonuses

CME : $5K + 40 hours

Schedule & Hours of Operation :

Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Saturday (1st & 3rd) : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (optional)

‍⚕️ Requirements :

MD or DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine

Licensed / eligible in Indiana & Board Certified / Eligible

DEA license or ability to obtain
