BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh has an immediate need for CNA's and PCA's for in Raleigh. We are looking for the best of the best! If you pass our rigorous hiring and screening process, you will join the number 1 home care agency in the triangle area. This position requires Hoyer Lift experience. Please do not apply if you do not meet all requirements.

We are currently looking to build a reliable pool of on-call float aides who are available to provide home care and facility coverage as needed. These float shifts are essential in helping us ensure uninterrupted care for our clients when last-minute call-outs or schedule gaps occur

Job Requirements

• A positive attitude and a great personality
• Provide companion and personal care to clients
• Document plan of care requirements and time and attendance
• Input shift availability at least 2 weeks in advance
• Start shift on-time and complete all plan of care tasks
• Notify the Director of Nursing of client changes or concerns
• Provide a safe environment and promote quality care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
• Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner (Hoyer Lift Experience Required)

MUST have a valid DL

MUST have current / valid auto insurance

MUST have reliable transportation - No Ubers, Lyfts, or Bus
