HealthCARE Express is offering $65 / hour+ (based on experience) , a $5,000 sign-on bonus , and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our fast-paced urgent care clinics.

Schedule

12-hour shifts with some Saturdays.

About the Role

We're seeking providers who enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a positive, encouraging team. We prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine.

What You'll Do

Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages

Perform history taking, exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribe medications

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Follow safety and infection control standards

Support a patient-centered, customer-focused environment

Lead the clinic as needed and mentor support staff

Stay flexible with cross-training and assist with other tasks as needed

Help identify opportunities to improve clinic flow

Training Requirement

New hires may be required to attend a 4-day onboarding / training session in Texarkana, TX. All expenses paid.
