Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for identifying, locating and contacting Tribal Member students who are non-resident / out-of-state students, attending public schools, or any other Tribal Member who has not registered with the Education Department, in order to promote the various programs and services offered under the STOF Education Program. The individual advises on various cultural topics including cultural events, community development, educational curriculum development and Seminole traditions. The incumbent collaborates alongside managers / supervisors and monitors performance progress with management and key trainers. Completion of a qualified advanced degree including Technical Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Professional degree is required. Commensurate experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. The incumbent must be an enrolled Member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
