About The Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Negativ Design, you will be responsible for leading creative direction, developing brand identities, and managing design projects from conception to execution. This role blends creative leadership, project management, and technical expertise to ensure that the visual identity of our clients aligns with their goals and stands out in the marketplace.
Primary Responsibilities Creative Direction & Design Strategy
Develop and refine creative concepts that align with client goals and brand identity
Lead brainstorming sessions to establish design direction and project vision
Stay updated on design trends to create modern and innovative brand solutions
Brand Identity Development
Design comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides
Translate client values and objectives into cohesive visual assets
Ensure consistency and scalability of brand identity across all touchpoints
Client Collaboration
Serve as the primary creative point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with design goals
Present and articulate design concepts and revisions effectively
Gather feedback to refine deliverables and exceed client expectations
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, developers, and content creators
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflows
Team Leadership
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback
Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team
Lead by example, inspiring excellence in design practices
Quality Control & Refinement
Review and refine designs to meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence
Conduct usability and performance testing for digital and print assets
Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand identity
Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive brand identity systems
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative brand identity projects and other graphic design work
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition
Experience collaborating with clients and presenting creative concepts effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with web and digital design processes is a plus
